Our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming space for your events. To ensure every gathering is enjoyable and harmonious, we’ve outlined our facility use policies, guidelines, and rental terms. Please review these carefully understanding and agreeing to them helps us maintain a positive experience for all guests while protecting the space and our community.

LEGAL TERMS

  • All uses of the Venue must comply with Arise OC’s Code of Conduct.

  • The Venue reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny use to any individual or group whose beliefs or practices conflict with the Venue’s Code of Conduct.

  • Renter acknowledges and affirms understanding of this policy.

  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. It may be applied to repair or replacement costs for damage caused by Renter or guests. If no damage occurs during the event, the full $500 deposit will be refunded.

  • Lock-In Terms: To secure a date, Renter must pay 50% of the event fee and 100% of the security deposit before the event date. The remaining event fee balance is due prior to the event.

  • Usage Fees: Rental fees cover facility use, setup, cleaning, and other incidentals. Fees and payment schedules are outlined in the rental agreement.

  • Overtime Fees: $145 per 15-minute increment for facility use beyond the agreed end time; additional crew time charged at 1.5x standard rate.

Renter and guests must comply with the following:

  1. No hard liquor, smoking, or illegal drugs on the premises.

  2. No obscene, hateful, or violent behavior or language.

  3. Maximum guest count as specified in the agreement.

  4. Guests must remain within the Venue property and adhere to HOA parking and property rules.

  5. Food and beverage use only with prior approval from the Venue.

  6. Renter is responsible for event setup (except approved Venue equipment), and restoring the facility to its original state.

  7. Venue equipment, tables, chairs, and other items must be returned to their original location and condition.

  8. Trash must be disposed of in the outdoor bins; Venue may provide additional cleanup services.

  9. Children under 18 must be supervised by the Renter; Venue does not provide childcare.

  10. Renter must report any damage, spills, or equipment malfunctions immediately.

  11. All activities must align with the Venue’s Code of Conduct.

  • No advertising, displays, or signs may be posted without prior written approval.

  • Venue name, logo, or branding may not be used without written permission.

  • No merchandise sales, solicitation, or fundraising without prior approval.

  • Audio/video recording, broadcasting, or livestreaming requires prior written approval from the Venue.

  • Renter is responsible for obtaining event liability insurance naming Arise OC as an additional insured. Minimum coverage is $1,000,000 unless otherwise specified.

  • Renter assumes responsibility for any injuries, property damage, or hazards during the event and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Arise OC.

  • If the event is canceled by the Renter, 50% of the Event Fee and Security Deposit will be forfeited.

  • Security deposits are refundable if the facility is left clean, without damage, and trash is properly disposed.

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Orange County, California.

  • If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent required or removed, without affecting the remaining provisions.

  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the National Center for Life and Liberty.
